The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between life satisfaction and interpersonal orientation of university students' continuous physical activity. Therefore, 354 male and female students data were collected and the collected data were conducted through descriptive statistic analysis, reliability analysis, and two-way ANOVA by using SPSS 16.0 program for the purpose of this study. Firstly, the results of this study was, there was no interaction effect in gender and continuous physical activity through life satisfaction(p=.053). However, statistically significant results were produced in the difference of life satisfaction(p=.001) following gender(p=.001) and continuous physical activity. Secondly, dominationsuperiority(p=.005), independence-responsibility(p=.025), sympathy-acceptance(p=.021), sociality-superiority (p=.001) showed statistically significant results with interaction effect of gender and continuous physical activity in interpersonal orientation, and competition-aggression(p=.147), ostentation-intoxication (p=.059), defiance-distrust(p=.397) factors did not show any statistically significant results. As a conclusion, there were statistically significant difference between the group with continuous physical activity and none physical activity in life satisfaction and interpersonal orientation of university students and the group with continuous physical activity showed high score in both factors.
