This research aimed at investigating the degree of improvement of concentration by letting Taegwondo trainees participate Hangung program. Also, in order to investigate the moderating effect of Han-gung program, this research applied latent growth model, which is a vertical method, and conducted shadow tracking for 3 months targeting the same person. About 180 research targets participated in the research from February to April, 2015, for data process, SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs were utilized. The above research result can be summarized as follows. First, as the result of change function analysis of visual attentiveness, line type change model appeared to be proper, initial value appeared average 5.572, and rate of change appeared .189. Dispersion of initial value appeared meaningful, which showed the existence of individual difference, however dispersion of change rate appeared no meaningful, which showed no existence of individual difference. As the predictor variable that explains the initial value dispersion, this research injected gender and grade, as the result, male appeared to have higher visual attentiveness compared to female, also, initial value of visual attentiveness appeared higher as the grade goes up. Second, as the result of change function analysis of study attentiveness, line shape change model appeared proper, and initial value average appeared 4.784, while change rate average appeared 1.289. Both initial value and dispersion of change rate appeared meaningful, which showed individual difference. As the result of injecting the predictor variables that explain the initial value and dispersion of change rate, i.e. gender and grade, no meaningful difference appeared. Third, as the result of change function analysis on continuous attentiveness, line shape change model appeared proper, initial value average appeared 5.453, while change rate average appeared .246. Initial value and change rate dispersion appeared meaningful, however individual difference appeared. This research injected gender and grade as the predictor variables to explain the initial value and change rate dispersion, however no meaningful difference appeared.
