The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Mother Teresa through the stress hormone Cortisol in blood negative impact of the change on human immunity. Study conclusions are as follows. 1) Blood Cortisol levels on immediately after cognitive stress related fear and loathing film were increased showed a significant difference. Thus, 1 hypothesis 1 is adopted. 2) Cortisol levels after watching to Mother Teresa served biography showed a significant difference was reduced. Therefore, Hypothesis 2 is employed. These results can experience a variety of social service activities are appropriate coping with the Helper's high by simply mean allowing learning or observing the spirit of service of others, and result would be expected to immune system activation. As a future research study will be necessary to present a program that is more effective coping emotionally direct and indirect fusion programs that can lead to proper exercise and Helper's high.
