Teaching grammar is accompanied by clarifying organizational principle, which constitutes the basic communication. In learning Japanese as a Second Language (JSL), the inculcation of grammar rules cannot control the errors that Korean native speakers often make. First of all, previous studies concerning unique expression of ‘wo(を)’are rarely found. Second, ‘wo(を)’ varies in its humanistic expression; ‘ni(に)’ deals with personal and psychological side. While previous studies on particle ‘wo(を)’ deliver profound accomplishment in motion verbs, studies on meaning, subjectivity and humanity, however, are rarely conducted. This paper first identifies the origin of case marking function of ‘wo(を)’, and evaluates the function on the respect of meaning, subjectivity and humanity from the standpoint of Japanese Grammar Teaching. Specifically, the case marking function of ‘wo(を)’ are as follows; attachment and obsession, warmth, irresistbility, and communication.
