The purpose of the study is to find out the influence of career indecision of early childhood pre-service teachers on their career decision level as the effect of dropout intention and of academic self-efficacy, which are mediate variable and moderator variable respectively. To achieve our purpose, data were collected from 375 college students majoring in Early Childhood Education examined their career indecision, dropout intention, career decision level, and academic self-efficacy. To analyze hypothesis, we used SPSS 21.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro. The results of this study are as follows: First, career indecision had a positive correlation with the dropout intention. Second, career indecision influenced the career decision level as mediating dropout intention. Third, the effect dropout intention on career indecision controlled the academic self-efficacy. The results are meaningful in that they have structurally and multilaterally find out the factors of influence to career indecision, dropout intention, academic efficacy, and career decision level. The results have provided basic background data for the future studies as regards vocational education of students who majoring in Early Childhood Education.

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 진로미결정이 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는데 매개변인으로서 중도탈락의도의 효과와 조절변인으로서 학업적 자기효능감의 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 전문대 유아교육과 학생 375명을 대상으로 진로미결정, 중도탈락의도, 진로결정수준, 학업적 자기효능감을 검사하고 가설검증을 위해 SPSS 21.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 진로미결정이 중도탈락의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 진로미결정은 중도탈락의도를 매개로 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로미결정이 중도탈락의도에 미치는 효과는 학업적 자기효능감에 따라 조절되었다. 본 연구결과는 진로미결정, 중도탈락의도, 학업적 자기효능감 등 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 변인을 구조적이고 다각적으로 검증하여 유아교육과 학생들의 진로교육과 관련된 향후 연구를 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
