The plane of the Early Modern Ages was the target of wonderness that represent the progress of the Western civilization. With the extension of Sino-Japanese War and the beginning of the Pacific War, planes had been used for warfares. The Japanese Empire made plane familiarized into the life of children through diverse policies. Recreations with model airplanes and gliders got through to homes and school educations which added fuel to the aviation boom. The heat of aviation can be seen as the intention of the Japanese Empire, willing to take advantage of the children as future Air Force. Planes which soon conquered the sky acted as a symbol of admiration and imagination to children. However they also took a role as a subjugator and destroyer at the same time which was later depicted in many poetries and novels. In fact, as far as it confirms, all members of the “Joseon Special Attack Unit” had been “Boy Airman” in the past. Kim-Duk-Dae, who was a member of the “Joseon Special Attack Unit” stated that he yearned after planes and parachutes at the event celebrating Aviation Memorial Day which was held in HamAnn, Gyungsangnamdo in 1942. The avian policy Japanese Empire promoted and pro-Japanese literatures wiped out the fear of warfare children had and made it positive and desperate for us to help them invade other regions. 近代初期朝鮮にての科学は驚異的な西洋文明として、また、1920年代には民族主義の原動力になるものとして認識されたのである。1940年代に戦争が激しくなるにつれ、科学は戦争に勝つための手段になっていく。｢科学の粹｣として認識された飛行機もまた驚異的な西洋文明の機器として登場し、児童には空を飛べる夢や幻想を与えるものとして位置づけられる。しかし、中日戦争の長期化とともに太平洋戦争が深刻化になっていくにしたがって飛行機は戦争を遂行する手段として利用される。このため日帝は、多様な航空政策を設け、飛行機を児童の日常生活に浸透させて親しいものにしていく。模型飛行機やグライダーのような遊びは、家庭や学校教育にまで浸透され、航空熱を高調させる。このような航空による熱気は、児童を潜在的な兵士として認め、航空兵力として利用するための日帝の意図であったと思う。人間の至ることのできなかった領域への征服を可能にさせた飛行機は、憧憬や想像の対象になるとともに、征服や破壊の役割をになったのである。このような日帝の航空政策や飛行機表象は多様な詩や小説を通して再現されたのである。日帝の航空政策やこれに応じる親日文学は児童の戦争への恐怖や不安を追い払い、積極的な戦争への参加を可能にさせ、戦争に随伴される死までも崇高の美的対象にしたのである。
