This study started from the perspective that space user's environmental, and psychological behavior is limited and closely related to process experience of the space. Sung, Joon-Kyeong House's exposure direction involves the values of the geographical features and adjust the users to the environment, so the space user have structural feature with various character which can be experienced, from the relation between each room and the environment. Perspective of Behavioral Psychology, each individual can secure its psychological personal space to protect their visual privacy depending on the social and cultural relationship between peoples formed in the house. Sung, Joon-Kyeong House's separated and independent exterior space planning reflects emotional order by controlling the various and changing character of its uses which is formed between human and the environment, and also between the humans. Relative depth of space controls the social contact degree with outsiders from harmonious interaction which affects with them and the insider, and can be the environmental condition which is planned to support personal various patterns of behaviors. This we can know that the Sung, Joon-Kyeong House's physical forming method is closely related to methodical condition which reflects users environmental, and psychological behavior.

본 연구는 공간 사용자의 환경 심리적 행태가 한정적이고 과정적 공간체험과 밀접한 상보적 관계에 있다는 관점에서 출발하였다. 성준경 가옥의 건축좌향(坐向)은 지세의 형상에 주목하며 자연에 순응하는 정서적 가치관을 내포하고 있으며, 공간사용자는 각 실에서 밀착된 자연과의 관계에서 다양한 성격의 공간경험이 가능한 구성적 특징을 가진다. 또한, 행태심리학적관점에서 가옥 내에서 형성되는 인간과 인간 사이의 사회문화적 관계에 따라 개인이 자신의 개인생활(privacy)을 시각적으로 보호받을 수 있도록 심리적 개념의 개인영역을 확보하고 있다. 성준경 가옥의 분화되어 독립된 외부공간계획은 인간과 자연, 인간과 인간 사이에 형성되는 쓰임의 다양성과 변화적 성격을 조화롭게 조절하며 감성적 질서를 반영하고 있으며, 상대적 관계의 공간깊이는 상호 교류하며 영향을 미치는 공존(共存)의 관계에서, 타자와의 사회적 접촉 정도를 조절하며, 개인의 다양한 행동패턴을 지지할 수 있도록 계획된 환경조건이 된다. 이를 통하여 성준경 가옥의 물리적 구성 방법은 사용자의 환경 심리적 행태가 반영된 방법적 조건과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 알 수 있다.
