The purpose of this study is to take advantage of basic data of Hangung in the future by analyzing mental health according to the elderly’ Hangung activity participation and identifying the relationship with family health. The subjects of this study old men․women aged 60 or older participating in Hangung of Seoul, Gyeonggido in 2014 and samples were extracted by using cluster random sampling. The sample extraction procedures are as follows: The sampling framework of Seoul and Gyeonggi was created and then, samples of a total of 300 people with 160 men and 140 women were extracted by selecting the elderly participating in Hangung sports in each region. The statistical processing for data analysis is as follows: data with completed response to the questionnaire were collected and then, double entry and no entry data were excluded from the analysis target and only effective samples were coded in accordance with the instructions of coding and data were individually entered on a computer and then, data processing was carried out according to the purpose of analysis by using the statistics program, SPSS Windows 18.0 Version.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 한궁 참여정도가 정신건강과 가족건강성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 가족건강성의 관계를 규 명함으로써 향후 한궁의 기초 자료를 활용할 수 있게 하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구의 대상은 2014년 서울, 경 기지역의 한궁에 참여하는 60세 이상의 노인 남․여를 대상으로 집락무선표집법(cluster random sampling)을 이용 하여 표본을 추출하였다. 표본의 추출절차는 서울, 경기 지역을 표집틀(sampling framework)을 작성한 다음 각 지역 별 한궁 스포츠 참여하는 노인을 무선으로 선정하여 남자 160명 여자 140명 총 300명의 표본을 추출하였다. 자료분석 을 위한 통계처리는 설문지에 대해 응답이 완성된 자료를 회수한 후 이중기입 및 무기입한 자료는 분석대상에서 제외시 키고 유효 표본만을 코딩의 지침에 따라 부호화(coding)하여 자료를 컴퓨터에 개별 입력시킨 후 통계 프로그램인 SPSS Windows 18.0 Version을 이용하여 분석목적에 맞게 실시하였다.
