This study analyzes the characteristics of infant sexual abuse victims, and differentiates cases depending on the victims and perpetrators in an attempt to provide a building base for an effective infant sexual abuse prevention program. Data were collected from 160 infant sexual abuse victims who visited child sexual abuse response center in D city from 2005 to 2014. The results shows statistically significant differences in type, frequency, location and time of abuse depending on victim’s individual and family characteristics (p<.05). In addition, according to perpetrator’s characteristics, there were statistically significant differences in frequency, location and time of abuse (p<.05).

본 연구는 실질적인 유아성폭력 예방 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 유아성폭력 피해특성을 분석하고 피해유아와 가해자의 특성에 따른 피해특성의 차이를 파악하여 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. 연구 대상자는 2005년부터 2014년까지 D시의 아동성폭력전담센터를 방문한 성폭력 피해유아 160명을 대상으로 하였고, 데이터는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대상자의 개인특성 및 가족특성에 따른 피해특성의 차이는 성별에 따라 피해유형에서, 연령에 따라 피해유형과 피해시간에서, 가족형태에 따라 피해장소와 피해시간, 월 수입에 따라 피해횟수와 피해장소가 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 가해자의 특성에 따른 피해특성 차이는 가해자 연령에 따라 피해횟수, 피해장소, 피해시간에서, 피해유아와 가해자의 관계에 따라 피해장소, 피해시간에서, 면식여부에 따라 피해횟수, 피해장소에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05).
