The purpose of this study was produced after performing a designed in a new way to improve the existing process waste wire break trial were as follows. After the production process to improve the existing design for a device that can break the new waste wire was manufactured prototypes. This year is expected to generate 2,200 ten thousand won gains in productivity through process improvement. If introduce a new method that improves the conventional method was expected to improve the productivity of 20% made year.
