The causes of the stock crisis are very complicated and there are a variety of preventive measures regarding the crisis. However, preventing the crisis of the listed company is regarded as the most fundamental position among a number of measures. The failure of preventive measures does not only mean the coming of the crisis, but the listed company also faces the problem of crisis emergency response. Therefore, the thesis focuses on the research regarding the crisis emergency response supervision of the listed company. Firstly, the thesis recapitulates the relevant basic theory regarding the crisis supervision of the listed company; Secondly, analyzing the reasons why the government intervening the crisis emergency response is reasonable; What’s more, discoursing the crisis-settling mechanism which the government intervenes; Fourthly, discussing quasi-market crisis-settling mechanism; In the end, I draw the conclusion that the most central question is that the government should intervene adequately in the process of implementing the intervening measures with respect to the crisis emergency response of the listed company.

주식시장의 위기를 발생하는 원인은 상당히 복잡한 것으로 이를 예방하는 조치에는 여러 가지가 있다고 하겠다. 그럼에도 불구하고 상장회사의 위기예방은 많은 조치중에서 가장 기초적인 지위에 처해있는 것으로 예방조치가 실효하게 되면 위기의 도래를 의미한다. 이 경우 상장회사가 직면한 것은 그 위기에 대하여 응급조치를 취해야 하는 문제로서 본문은 상장회사위기의 응급조치를 위한 감독관리에 대하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본문은 우선, 상장회사위기의 감독관리에 관한 기초이론을 서술하였다. 둘째로, 상장회사위기의 응급조치로서 정부개입의 합리성에 대하여 분석하였다. 셋째로, 정부 직접개입의 위기처리 메카니즘을 논술하였다. 넷째로, 준시장화의 위기처리 메카니즘을 검토하였다. 마지막으로, 상장회사위기의 응급처리의 가장 핵심적인 문제로서 정부가 간여조치를 실시하는 과정에서 응당 적합도를 잘 파악하여야 한다는 결론을 제시하였다.
