In this research,a Korean Japanese teacher 3 people and the Japanese teacher 3 people, in terms of revealed belief about the pronunciation guidance, and analyzed how such elements in its belief is affecting.　 As a result, and both of the six teachers have a firm belief, major and course content of the teacher in the belief, it was found that such learner is affecting. 本研究では，韓国人日本語教師3名と日本人教師3名を対象に，発音指導に関するビリーフを明らかにした上で，そのビリーフにどのような要素が影響を与えているかを分析した。その結果，6名の教師とも確固たるビリーフを持っており，そのビリーフには教師の専攻と授業内容，学習者などが影響を与えていることが分かった。しかし，6名とも「発音指導」を何らかの「もの」としてとらえていることが明らかになり，このようなビリーフをこれからどうして行くべきかは教師自身が自分のビリーフを客観的に観察して見て行くことが求められる。
