As we can see from results like these, the managers of beauty salons in the future are expected to have the role of a manager that is interested in, and accepts the following with an open &. first, continued education according to stages; second, the institution of pension and retirement plans; third, the operation methods and policy of the beauty salons; and fourth, mutual respect toward employees. It is expected that the managers, in order to achieve the goals of a beauty salon through customer satisfaction, and to contribute to the improvement in the quality of life of the employees by the customer satisfaction through the task satisfaction of the employee must manage the organization efficiently while accurately grasping the differences of task satisfaction factors of the employees.
