융합기술기반의 창업플랫폼 활용은 저비용적 특성을 이용하는 것으로 아이디어를 손쉽게 사업화할 수 있다는 장점 때문에 특히 대학생들의 청년창업의 성공기회를 높일 수 있다는 점을 부각하고 있다. 그러나 국내 대학 창업동아리의 경우 활용가능한 플랫폼 이나 성공한 사업가 등의 멘토링이나 브릿지제도보다 동아리 지도교수와의 교감만으로 창업아이템 개발과 사업화 연계성 부족 등의 한계를 보이고 있고 교내에만 존재하고 있어 외부와의 지속적인 네트워크 형성이 어려운 실정에 있다. 이에 본 연구는 창업의 출발점이 될 수 있는 창업동아리의 활성화를 통한 성공적인 창업을 위한 프로슈머형 창업동아리 성공방안을 제시하고 참여형 창업동아리 생태계 구축방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 대학 창업동아리에 참여하고 있는 대학생 990명을 대상으로 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 변수 설정을 통해 실증분석을 실시한다. 또한 국내외 창업동아리 성공사례를 고찰 하고 창업동아리 활성화를 위한 핵심요인과 지역산업 및 공공기관과의 창업동아리 연계 방안을 도출한다. 분석결과 창업의도에 통계적으로 유의한 변수로는 남성, 수도권, 고학년 학생의 창업의도가 긍정적이고 창업문화 인식, 창업동아리활동 태도도 긍정요인으로 나타났다.
