Cloud Service Broker is a system that performs intermediary role between cloud providers and consumers. It recommends and finds the best services on behalf of customers by collecting the requirements of consumers. Currently, most of cloud service broker recommends cloud services based on functional and non-functional requirements of existing consumers. However, we need to discover potential consumers to further enable the Cloud Service Broker. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an approach for recommending cloud services by analyzing similar consumers by applying Q methodology. Our approach analyzes propensity for using services of consumers and finds consumers with similar service usage tendencies. In addition, it recommends the services that are used for redundancy from similar consumers. The verification result of proposed recommendation approach in this paper is given a higher probability of using the recommended services by potential customers as compared to other approaches.

클라우드 서비스 브로커는 클라우드 서비스를 사용하는 사용자와 클라우드 서비스를 제공하는 제공자 사이에서 사용자의 서비스에 대한 요구사항을 수집하여 사용자를 대신해 요구사항에 가장 적합한 서비스를 찾아내고 서비스를추천해주는 중개자 역할의 시스템이다. 현재 대부분의 클라우드 서비스 브로커가 사용자의 기능적, 비기능적 요구사항을 중점으로 서비스를 추천하고 있지만 앞으로는 잠재고객을 발굴하여 브로커를 더욱 활성화시킬 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Q 방법론을 적용하여 클라우드 서비스 사용자의 서비스 사용에 대한 성향을 분석하여 유사한 서비스 사용 성향을 지닌 사용자를 찾아내고 이들이 중복하여 가장 많이 사용한 서비스를 추천해주는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 추천 방법의 검증 결과는 기존의 다른 방법에 비해 잠재 고객이 추천된 서비스를 사용할 확률이 높아짐을 나타내었다.
