Chinese writing and expressing ability of the students of Department of Chinese and Department of Chinese Studies at Korean university is not satisfactory, and one important reason is the lack of repeated practice. How to help students master the principles and skills of writing and expressing in Chinese language, so that they can effectively play their own potential and dare and able to express their thoughts and feelings accurately and vividly in various situations has become a challenging research topic of Chinese language teachers. This paper, combined with teaching experience and practical experience, taking speeches for the competition as examples, discusses the writing methods of Chinese speech for the competition from the refinement of the topics to the beginning and ending of the design, Structure mode selection of text, how to enhance the vitality of the speech and make speech spoken language and so on several aspects. And on this basis it introduces the pronunciation training, intonation training, and speech gesture language training and pre speaking training and so on many kinds of effective pre competition training methods and some matters need to be paid attention to before the spot. Author hopes this paper can cause the attention of Chinese language educators on how to strengthen the Korean students' speaking ability in Chinese language, and discuss this issue deeply in order to promote the teaching of Chinese language.

한국 대학교 중문학과와 중국학학과 학생들의 중국어 쓰기와 언어표현 능력은 만족스럽다고 할 수 없는데 그 중요한 원인은 반복적인 훈련 부족이라고 생각한다. 어떻게 하면 학생들로 하여금 중국어 쓰기와 중국어 표현의 원칙과 기교를 익히고 자신의 잠재력을 충분히 발휘할 수 있게 할 것인가? 또한 각종 장소에서 자신의 생각과 감정을 정확하고 생동하고 적절하게 표현할 수 있게 할 것인가 하는 것은 중국어를 가르치는 교사로서는 하나의 도전적인 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 본고에서는 교육현장 경험과 실제 지도 경험을 결합하여 웅변대회 원고 쓰기와 훈련 방법에 대해 서술하고자 한다. 먼저 웅변원고의 주제 선정, 서두와 결말, 본문 내용의 짜임새 선별과 생동감 부여, 언어의 통속화 등에 이르기까지 상세히 서술한다. 다음으로발음훈련, 어조훈련, 동작훈련, 리허설훈련 등 효과적인 훈련 방법을 소개하고 대회 직전 주의사항까지 제시한다. 본고를 통하여 중국어 교육자들의 한국학생 구어 표현능력 제고에 대한중시를 불러일으키며 구체적인 방법에 대해 교류함으로써 중국어 교육 수준 제고에 도움이되고자 한다.
