The purpose of this study was to investigate how kindergarten teachers perceive and implement creative teaching ability. To measure the differences of importance perception and implementation level of kindergarten teachers’ creative teaching ability, creative teaching ability test tool for early childhood teachers of Kim, Ho(2013) was used in this study. The results of the study were as follows: First, the importance perception of kindergarten teachers’ creative teaching ability among groups of teachers having over 11 years’ experience, teachers who graduate school, and teachers in public kindergarten was higher than other groups. Second, the implementation level of kindergarten teachers’ creative teaching ability among groups of teachers having over 11 years’ experience, teachers who graduate school, and teachers in public kindergarten was higher than other groups.

본 연구는 유치원 교사의 창의적 수업 능력에 대한 중요도 인식 및 실행 정도가 어떠한지와 교사 경력과 학력, 설립유형에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 유치원 교사들을 대상으로 창의적 수업 능력에 대한 중요도 인식 및 실행 정도에 대해서 설문조사하고 F(t)분석을 통해 변인들 간의 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 유치원 교사들은 창의적 수업 능력에 대한 중요도를 대체로 높게 인식하였고, 교사의 경력과 학력, 설립유형별로 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사들은 창의적 수업 능력에 대한 실행 정도가 보통 이상이었고, 교사의 경력과 학력, 유치원 설립유형에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 유치원 현장에서 창의적 수업을 실행하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다.
