In that regard, data was collected from various ways such as surveys, interviews, and brief writings of the participants. For this study, both qualitative and quantitative methods were utilized. According to the research result, pre-service teachers frequently used smart devices, but the type of using smart devices was broadly ‘limited using’. It means that pre-service teachers do not possess qualitatively meaningful digital literacy of pre-service teachers to poster their smart learning.
