Administrative agency has occurred amount of records and the types also vary during task progressing. Administrative information dataset, one of the types, is defined as produced by administrative information system. Administrative information dataset which is reflected in the present and treat policy and legislation should be important to manage and preserve. However lack of research on this area and systematic transfer process have not been established. The reason why many administrative information dataset has been lost and neglected. In this paper, we suggest administrative information dataset which is detail analysis.
