The book 『Geunsarokjiphae(近思錄集解)』 is commentary edition of 『Geunsarok(近思錄)』 was compiled in 1248. The book has many editions between Goryo and Chosun Dynasty. The book dealt with in the study, is the edition of 1370 which was published by Governor of Jinju(晋州) province Yi-Inmin(李仁敏). This book was also Toegye(退溪) Yiwhang(李滉)’s ownership, the book 『Geunsarokjiphae(近思錄集解)』 was also given by Huh Chan(許瓚) who was his father-in-law in the year of 1533. Toegye(退溪) gave the book 『Geunsarokjiphae』 to his second grandson Yi Soondo(李純道), and the book handed down to his posterity. In this study, we consequentially tried to analyze bibliographical feature, the details of transmission, the analysis of the record written in the book and the value of the books so forth.

『근사록』의 주석서로 1248년에 편찬된 『근사록집해』는 고려 말에 중국에서 우리나라로 전래되어 조선 후기까지 다양한 판본이 간행되었다. 본고에서 다룬『근사록집해』는 1370년 경남 진주에서 진주목사 이인민에 의해 원판을 저본으로 하여 복각한 목판본이다. 아울러 조선시대 대학자인 퇴계 이황(1501-1700)이 1533년 남행할 때 경남 의령에서 장인인 허찬에게 받아 간직해 온 수택본이다. 퇴계는 이 책을 둘째 손자인 이순도에게 선사하였고, 이후 후손들이 대대로 물려받아 지금까지 전해지고 있다. 따라서 퇴계 수택본 『근사록집해』의 서지적 특징을 분석하고, 책 내에 표기된 기록과 이 책에 대해 언급한 여러 문헌의 기록에 의거하여 전래 과정과 그 가치에 대하여 살펴보았다.
