For the development of national competency standards to successfully perform the duties by systemizing the cont ents of education and training such as knowledge·technology·grounding required to perform the duties in the industri al field, the necessity has been raised in that it can solve the time and cost of re-investment through retraining and train high-quality human resources required in the industrial field. For the development of the education and training process with a focus on duty performers for the security sector classifying work and duties into 1:1 among sub-cate gories based on the NCS classification system, this study enhances the site suitability of security sector education a nd proposes the development of the practical education and training process required by the industry by using NCS development manual and DACUM technique, the worker-centered job analysis considering ‘correlation’ with the actu al work, 'applicability' of progress and 'efficiency' for costs and time.

산업현장에서 직무를 수행하기 위해 요구되는 지식·기술·소양 등의 교육훈련 내용을 체계화하여 직무를 성공적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는 직무능력표준 개발은, 재교육을 통해 재차 투자되는 시간과 비용의 해결과 산업현장에서 요구하는 양질의 인력을 양성할 수 있다는 점에서 그 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 분류체계를 기준으로 세분류 중 업무와 직무를 1:1로 분류한 경호분야에 대하여 직무수행자를 중심으로한 교육훈련과정 개발을 위해, 실제업무와의 ‘상관성’과 경과의 ‘적용성’ 및 비용과 시간에 대한 ‘효율성’이 고려되는 작업자 중심 직무분석인 DACUM 기법과 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 개발 매뉴얼을 활용하여 경호분야 교육의현장적합성을 제고하고, 산업체가 요구하는 실질적인 교육훈련과정 개발을 제안한다.
