This study aims to investigate the impact of re-involvement in decision-fun factor and satisfaction of participating scout outdoor activities, noting the effectiveness of the fun factor. The population in the 2nd international youth campers Saemangeum and then finally collected 332 by convenience sampling method. For the data process, the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results were as follows: First, the “fun factor of the scout outdoor activities will have an impact on participation satisfaction” for the verification results. All sub-factors of interesting factors was found to have a positive impact on the participation satisfied. The relative influence of the fun factor for the health factors involved are satisfying, interest factors, recognition factor, the social factor in order. Second, scout outdoor fun factor significantly affected the re-join that participation who was satisfied with scout outdoor activities. Fun factor is the relative impact of the interesting factors, health factors, social factors, recognition factors in order. Third, scout participants in outdoor activities showed that participating satisfaction has a positive impact on re-join.

본 연구의 목적은 스카우트 야외활동의 재미요인이 참여만족과 재참여의사에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 제2회 새만금 국제 청소년 캠퍼리에 참가한 중, 고등학생을 모집 단으로 설정한 후 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 332부의 자료를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 자료 처리는 PASW Statistics 18을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 단순회귀분 석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 연구절차 및 방법을 통하여 도출된 결론은 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 스카우트 야외활동의 재미요인은 참여만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 참여 만족에 대한 상대적 영향력은 건강, 흥미, 인정, 사교요인의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스카우트 야외활동의 재미요인은 재참여의사에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 재참여의사에 대한 상대적 영 향력은 흥미, 건강, 사교, 인정요인의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스카우트 야외활동 참가자의 참 여만족은 재참여의사에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다.
