The purpose of this study is provide the basic data when apply the combined exercise program of 12 weeks in middle-aged women, exercise effect on the health physical fitness, elucidate body composition, blood indicators of health diagnosis, forprevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome and chronic disease. The result were as follows. First, in the body composition change after the experiment, significant results were not displayed body mass index, body fat percentage, fat mass, muscle mass, body weight, waist circumference, hip, waist hip circumference ratio (WHR). Second, a significant result were not displayed in the change of pulse and blood pressure after the experiment. Third, as a result of examining the effect on the blood indication after the experiment, significant results were revealed HDL-c(P value=.018) and TG(P value=.005) by The above results, in thisprogram embodying the combined exercise of the 12 weeks for women of middle age, there was no significant change in the results of several, compared to the previous studies. This result will be referred to as the most likely cause point gave an effect on some of the results are statistically fewer number of subjects. Did not result in significant changes in some of the results, it was confirmed positive change. In future studies, when targeting more people, to perform a combined exercise program, it will be possible to observe a positive change by health fitness blood indicators and body composition.
