The purpose of this study was to find out relationship among parental social support, self-efficacy and school adjustment of elementary students. To achieve the purpose, the total 289 subjects were sampled from elementary school students in seoul city. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis and structural equation model analysis were executed using SPSS Window 23.0 Version and AMOS 23.0 programs. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. Firstly, it was discovered that parental social support had static influence to self-efficacy. Secondly, it showed that parental social support gave static influence to school adjustment. Third, the self-efficacy did not affect the school adjustment.
