The purpose of this study was to analyze the modulating effect of costumer orientation on relationship between emotional labor and consumer orientation of worker in sport facilities. the results of this study were as follows. First, The emotional labor(deep acting) of women worker in sport facilities for the people with disabilities showed more than that of man worker. The emotional labor(deep acting and surface acting) of worker showed statistically significant different as a function of age group. Consumer orientation of worker showed statistically significant different as a function of educational background, age group, and occupational category. And Social Support of worker showed statistically significant different as a function of occupational category. Second, the deep acting factor of emotional labor was significant factor influencing costumer orientation. And the social support of co-worker and superior officer showed the modulating effect on relationship between emotional labor and consumer orientation of worker. In conclusion, the following strategies need in order to provide high quality service for the disabled by regulating the emotional labor of workers. First, sacrifice and love for the work of professionals, and the spirit of service must be greater. Second, The create a friendly atmosphere between the members of my boss and colleagues should be supportive to maintain psychological stability of worker.
