It is necessary for labors to erase stress from duties in order to improve work progress voluntarily by innovating works creatively and constructing new system. It is a way to help businesses and labors live together. This dissertation, by erasing stress from duties, begins on the purpose of grasping the relationship among satisfaction with labor support program, improvement of labor living, and result of business operation. This dissertation aims at presenting strategy and policy for labor welfare promotion. This dissertation made progress of a questionnaire survey for 2 months, from JAN 8, to FEB 28, 2-15, and collected the questionnaire at the field in real time. This dissertation analyzed 513 questionnaires. This dissertation attained reliability and validity with SPSS WIN Ver.18.0, checked up objectivity, and analyzed statistics as followings for verification of hypotheses. First, for the purpose of analyzing general traits of objects and checking up errors, this dissertation performed a frequency analysis with SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0 reliability analysis, classifying with factors. Before, analyzing structure equation model, over structural cause-result model, of labor support system, stress from duties, satisfaction with stress, quality of living and fruit of operation, this study could verify *distinction validity and convergence validity of exploratory factor analysis in a certain degree. In addition, this dissertation performed verification factor analysis with AMOS 18.0 to verify simple level verification and statistical check up. This dissertation performed a course analysis to analyze structure equation model, over structural cause-result model, of labor support system, stress from duties, satisfaction with stress, quality of living and fruit of operation. The hypothesis verification result is as followings. Hypothesis 1. the hypothesis that labor support system will have an influence on stress from duties was dismissed. Hypothesis 2. labor support system will have an influence on satisfaction with services. Affair structure services related to culture and leisure, a part of labor support system, had a positive (+) influence on satisfaction with services. Hypothesis 3. labor support system will have an influence on quality of living. Concerning labor support system, culture had a negative (-) influence on the private level of quality of living, and living-related services and health-related services had a positive (+) influence. Concerning labor support system, living-related services and health-related services had a positive (+) influence on organizational level, a subsidiary area of quality of living. Health-related services, a subsidiary area of labor support system, had a positive (+) influence on managemental level. Hypothesis 4. concerning on labor support system, the hypothesis that stress from duties will have an influence on satisfaction with programs was dismissed. Hypothesis 5. concerning the hypothesis that stress from duties will have an influence on quality of living, mental stress, a subsidiary area of stress from duties had an influence on private level of quality of living. Hypothesis 6, concerning the hypothesis that stress from duties will have an influence on the fruit of operation, physical stress of stress from duties has a negative (-) influence on inner fruit. Hypothesis 7, concerning on the hypothesis that satisfaction with services will have an influence on fruit of operation, satisfaction with programs has a positive (+) influence on inner. outer fruit of fruit of operation, concerning on labor support system. Hypothesis 8, concerning on the hypothesis that quality of living will have an influence on fruit of operation, organizational level of subsidiary area of quality of living has a positive (+) influence on inner. outer fruit of operation. This dissertation leaded to the conclusion as followings. Related to the culture and leisure, the programs took an important factor in laborers, but related to private level, it took a negative factor. Concerning on the service related to living, the satisfaction with the program was high in the organizational level as well as private level. Concerning on health, the program took an important role in managing, organizational, and private level, subordinate factors. Through positive analysis, this dissertation checked up that, concerning on the assistance in business level, the satisfaction with the program has to be high, stress has to be got away with. It will lead to maximum business profit and management result.
