This study is to investigate pre-kayaking kayak athletes performances intended for more than five years experience kayaking, kayak performances element of 100m record by performing 12 weeks symmetrical movement, 500m record, 1000m records were analyzed.Research subjects belong to K Seoul National University and kayak part was intended for more than five years experience kayaking kayak hit a total of 20 players symmetrical exercise program participation seekers.
