The purpose of this research is to compare final standing in the 14th Moscow IAAF World Championship in athletic according to the performance level on female heptathlon Athletes. ANOVA is used to determine differences of each sports event followed by level of performance. Study subjects are 29 athletes who participate in 2013 World Championships in Athletics in Moscow. All of 29 subjects attend finals, and they are divided into 3 groups: first group(high level, ranking 1-10) is formed with 10 athletes, second(middle level, ranking 11-19) rank group is 9, and third(low level, ranking 20-29) rank group is 10. Also, stepwise regression analysis is used to examine how these groups contribute to total points(scores). 1. After ANOVA, results are followings: between high level and low level group in 100m sprint, high level and middle-level group, middle-level and low-level group in long jump, high-level and low-level group in 400m running, high-level and low-level group in 110m huddle, all of these groups’ results are statistically significant (p<.05) 2. After stepwise regression analysis to identify which sport events are the most contributed to the total points of decathlon, pole vault are the most contributed(β=.455) to the total points and then long jump(β=.241), 110m huddle(β=.188), javelin throw(β=.194), discus throw(β=.146), shot put(β=.097), 400m running(β=.207) and 1500m running(β=.067). These orders are arranged by validity to the total points. As a result, the differences of level of performance in decathlon, 100m, long jump, 400m, 110m huddle represent statistical significance(p<.05) and the most contributed event is pole vault, and the lowest is 1500m running.
