This research is for having people understand the meaning of warming up more exactly, rearranging how to do real warming up. In addition, it would helps teachers and fencers to comprehend and then practice warming up through making warming up model. The conclusion is as follows First, in the practice of research 1, the more amount and strength of exercise resistance are increased, the more pulse and body temperature rise. When the time of strength of exercise passed about 25-30 minutes body is getting to be best suitable conditions for doing main exercise. At this moment the purse, temperature is as follows; Pulse: Man 96.4 times(+27.5 times), Women 97.8 times(+26.8times)/ Temperature: Man 37.6℃(+1.5℃), Women 37.5℃(+1.3℃). Second, Female Fencer the best record result in accordance with time of strength of exercise in warming up is shown when strength of exercise passes about 25-30. best way of lasting effect on warming up is when taking a dynamic rest in fencing clothes. Third, suitable warming up models suggestion during Fencing exercise. are presented by research 3 based on the result of 1, 2 research.
