Empirical studies are needed in order to improve excercise commitment of Taekwon-Do majors. It is figured that such studies can motivate the participation of sports majors and improve the education of leaders. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the difference of exercise commitment according to leadership of leaders and to contribute to the qualitative improvement of Taekwon-Do classes. The subject of this study is 266 Taekwon-Do majors in a college located in Kyonggi-Do. Exploratory factor analysis has been performed in order to verify the reliability and validity of tools of investigation, and reliability of analysed factors has been measured. Hypothesis test has been conducted by regression analysis after verifying reliability and validity. The conclusion is that the psychological aspect of satisfaction should be reflected to the process of training in order to improve the class commitment of sports and martial arts majors.
