The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of the badminton coach's justice on athletes silence behavior, satisfaction and team commitment in collegiate athletes. In order to achieve this goal, 220 participants were selected from athletes who participated in 2015 Summer Badminton Championships and the elite athletes group in Seoul and Chungcheong-do by the convenience sampling method and surveyed, but upon discarding 44 data judged to be unreliable, only data from 176 participants were analyzed. the questions went through coding, they were analyzed through descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, Cronbach's α for reliability measure using the SPSS Window 20.0 program, and the results are as follows. First, coach's interactional justice had a negative effect on team silence behavior. Coach's distributive justice had positive effects on task performance satisfaction and interactional satisfaction. Coach's interactional justice had positive effects on task performance satisfaction and coach satisfaction. Coach's distributive justice and interactional justice had positive effects on affective commitment and continuance commitment. Second, badminton athletes acquiescent silence had negative effects on affective commitment and continuance commitment. Third, badminton athletes task performance satisfaction and coach satisfaction had a positive effect on affective commitment. Badminton athletes coach satisfaction had a positive effect on continuance commitment.
