The goal of this study is to develop a skill system for the health and medical field among the skill systems that require basic examination in the development of competency standards. More specifically, the study aims to classify skills in the health and medical field and to develop respective skill level. We classified skills and created the skill level through a study of documents, interviews with experts and in-depth discussions with expert group centering on terminologies commonly used in the industrial settings. As a result of skill classification, we were able to classify skills into two categories in medium-scale classification, 7 categories in small-scale classification, and again into total 40 categories through the re-classification of the small-scale classification. We classified the skill level in the health and medical field into 8 stages by reflecting the level system of the Korean qualification frameworks, qualification and education course, and level by skill in the industrial setting. Based on the skill system, we provided definition of skill and skill group, definition of each different skill, and performance standard by skill and level.

이 연구는 보건·의료분야의 직무분류와 직무수준을 구체적으로 제시하는 직무체계를 개발 하여 향후 국가직무능력표준 개발에 활용하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 보건·의료분야 직무체 계 개발 결과, 보건·의료분야의 직무군은 중분류 2개(보건, 의료), 소분류 7개(의료기술·지 원·시설, 보건지원, 약무, 임상의학, 간호, 기초의학, 임상지원), 직무는 총 40개로 분석되었 다. 보건·의료분야 직무수준은 8단계로 설정되었으나, 표준으로 개발이 필요한 세부적인 직 무별 직무수준은 2단계부터 8단계까지 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 보건·의료분야 소분류 및 직무별 정의는 직무의 특성상 무엇을 하는 직무인지를 설명한 자료로서 핵심 되는 키워드 중 심으로 분석 제시하였고, 직무별 수행기준은 직무수준에서 제시된 단계별 수준을 분석 도출하 였다. 이러한 직무들은 향후 직무능력표준으로 개발되고, 직무능력표준 개발은 교육과정, 훈련 기준, 자격기준으로 활용될 것으로 보인다.
