The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of perception about the career barriers and entrepreneurship on venture business intention and preparation behavior for venture business of undergraduate students. In addition, we examine self-efficacy may play a moderating role in relationship between the career barriers and entrepreneurship as independent variables and venture business intention as a dependent variable. This study was examined using a sample of 245 students in Seoul and capital area. As a result, the entrepreneurship was positively related to the student's venture business intention and preparation behavior. Also the result shows that this relationship was moderated by self-efficacy. Finally, the contributions and limitations of this research were discussed, and future researches were mentioned.

본 연구는 대학생의 진로장벽에 관한 인지와 기업가성향이 창업의지와 창업준비행동에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 또한 이들간의 관계에서 자기효능감이 조절변수로서 작용하는지 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울, 수도권 지역 대학의 245명의 대학생들을 대상으로 분석한 결과 취업에 관한 진로장벽은 창업의지에 영향을 미치지 않지만, 기업가성향은 창업의지와 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들 사이의 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과가 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 하지만 창업의지와 창업준비행동은 유의한 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
