This paper intends to look into social economic impacts of policy supporting loan for developing IT application technology that is one of businesses in IT fund for promotion and analyses contributions on growth of small & medium ventures by investigating IPO list and comparing with other institutions’ performances. And this paper analyse how to help their financing ability and technology competition power through policy supporting loan and how to change this world by studying three case of supported SMEs. Finally, this paper insists on perceiving importance of several impacts of policy supporting loan for IT SMEs and increasing budget of policy supporting loan for developing IT application technology.

본 연구는 정보통신진흥기금 내 세부사업 중 하나인 정보통신응용기술개발지원 융자사업의 성과분석을 통해 도출된 사회경제적 파급효과를 살펴보고, 중소벤처기업의 성장에 기여한 바가 어떠한 지를 상장 현황 및 타 기업군과의 비교를 통해 분석하고 있다. 또한, 융자 지원받은 3개의 Information Technology(IT)기업을 사례로 들어 융자지원금이 어떻게 이들 기업의 재정상태 및 기술경쟁력에 도움을 주었는지를 살펴보고 향후 우리 사회에 어떠한 영향을 주게 될지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 기술력을 지닌 IT분야 중소기업의 Research & Development(R&D)과제에 대한 융자지원사업이 가져올 파급효과를 새로운 각도에서 조망함으로써 향후 IT중소기업에 대한 융자지원사업의 확대편성이 필요함을 지지하고 있다.
