Today, Enterprises have experienced more diverse stakeholder including customers and many symptoms of diversity. Being in the 21st century, Many global enterprises have transferred to Integration Inclusion strategy from Non-discrimination strategy in order to keep growth and competitive advantage in the global market. The main objective of this paper is to study the diversity management status and the potential transfer to Integrated Inclusion strategy of Korean enterprises. To achieve this purpose, it was empirically verified the effect of diversity level on Integrated Inclusion and Non-discrimination strategy, and the effect of both diversity strategies on organizational performance. The research results clearly indicated that Integrated Inclusion strategy was positively influenced by diversity level of enterprise and contributed to organizational performance. Thus, this paper implied that it would be crucial for Korean enterprises's growth to focus on Integrated Inclusion strategy.

오늘날의 기업들이 경영활동을 전개하면서 고객과 주변의 이해관계자들이 점점 다양해지고 있음을 인식하고 다양성의 많은 징후를 경험하고 있다. 실제로 21세기에 들어서면서 많은 글로벌 기업들이 글로벌 시장에서의 성장과 경쟁우위를 유지하기 위하여 기존의 차별철폐전략에서 다양성통합전략으로의 전환을 모색하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국 기업들의 다양성 관리 수준과 다양성통합전략으로의 전환 가능성 등을 살펴보는 것이 주요 목적이다. 이를 위하여 다양성 수준과 다양성통합전략과의 관계 및 차별철폐전략과의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였고 또한 다양성 전략들과 성과와의 관계를 검증하였다. 연구 결과 기업이 인구통계학적 다양성이나 정보적 다양성을 지향하면 다양성통합전략을 수용하게 되고 궁극적으로 인사적 성과나 기업적 성과에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 다양성통합전략을 중심으로 다양성 관리를 이행하는 것이 궁극적으로 한국 기업들의 성장에 중요한 영향을 미칠 것이라는 시사점을 전문경영인들에게 제시하였다.
