The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of applying Learning-notes as an effective teaching-learning method to improve self-efficacy for pre-service teachers of early childhood education in college. Learning-note is developed for the use of the students and the outline of Learning-notes should include the theme and object of study, association activity, expectations in relation to a certain level of understanding and academic achievement, attendance, assignment plan and evaluation system. It serves to help students to record the process and learning progress of lecture. Learning-notes was developed for students on early childhood education to be used in the course of 'play' to find out how the method has helped the students to improve their sense of self-efficacy. The study was carried out at college A in Chungcheon-do with 54 students of early childhood education as an experimental group and at college B Gyeonggi-do consisting of 52 students of child social welfare as a controlled group. The study has analyzed the improvement of the self-efficacy of students after using the developed Learning-notes. The result of the study has revealed that the students of experimental group who used the Learning-notes have improved their self-efficacy, confidence, self-regulated efficiency, task level and task preference better than the students in control group. It has statistically proved that there are significant differences between the two groups. As a result of the study, it is recommendable to use Learning-notes as an effective teaching-learning method and it is important to note that the method is of great help for students of early childhood education to improve self-efficacy

본 연구는 대학 강의에서 학습노트 활용 교수-학습방법이 예비유아교사의 자기효능감에 미 치는 영향을 검증함으로써 예비유아교사양성과정에서 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적 인 교수-학습 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 학습노트는 강의주제, 강의주제별 연상활동, 학습목표, 강의내용 이해정도, 출석체크, 과제일정, 학업성취 기대수준, 평가방법 등의 내용을 아웃라인 방식으로 제공하여 학습자가 기록․활용할 수 있도록 연구자가 개발하였다. 연구대상 은 충청도에 위치한 A대학 유아교육과 2학년 놀이지도 교과목 수강생 54명(적용집단)과 경기 도에 위치한 B대학 아동보육복지과 1학년 놀이지도 교과목 수강생 52명(비교집단)이었다. 개발 한 학습노트를 A대학 놀이지도 강의에서 활용한 후 학생들의 자기효능감이 향상되었는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과 학습노트를 활용한 적용집단의 자기효능감 전체 점수와 자기효능감의 하 위영역인 자신감, 자기조절효능감, 과제난이도선호 점수가 비교집단보다 높았고, 그 차이가 유 의미했다. 따라서 예비유아교사의 자기효능감 향상을 위해 학습노트의 활용을 전문대학교육에 서 효율적인 교수-학습 방법으로 추천한다.
