This explores actual case and key factors of successful RTE realization, based on the case of Dongbu Assurance, Dongbu Steel, and Dongbu CNI. Dongbu developed specific, actionable its own RTE+ framework, which is different from the extant of Gartner's. Most of all, Dongbu embedded successful strategy execution monitoring, in which feedback process is realized in system platform on Strategic Enterprise Management(SEM) via Dashboard. This study summarizes key success factors of RTE realization in terms of strategy, management, IT, and People. First, as a of 'Excellent Company', Dongbu made specific, actionable roadmap in terms of business and system platform. Second, Dongbu established its own 'Control Tower', in which monitors the execution and process of IT strategy. Third, subsidiaries in Dongbu Group invested strategically on IT solutions, according to the RTE roadmap. Last but not least, Dongbu made effort to relate user-oriented requirement to IT system.

본 연구는 동부그룹(화재, 제강 및 동부CNI)을 중심으로 실시간기업(RTE)의 구축사례와 그 성공요인을 탐색한다. 실시간기업을 구현하기 위해 동부는 구체적이고 실천 가능한 수준에서 RTE+ 방법론을 개발하였다. 전략경영시스템(SEM) 중심의 Dashboard를 통해 전략실행의 성과를 점검하고, 그 결과를 피드백 하는 프로세스를 내재화 하고 있다. 동부의 RTE 구축 사례를 토대로 전략, 제도, IT 및 사람 측면에서 그 성공요인을 요약한다. 첫째, ‘좋은 기업’을 실현하기 위해 비즈니스 및 시스템 측면에서 구체적 전략을 도출하였다. 둘째, 전략 실행을 모니터링 하는 그룹내 컨트롤타워가 존재하였다. 셋째, 전략의 실행수단으로서 정보기술을 적극적으로 도입하였다. 마지막으로 계층별 요구사항을 철저히 파악하여 이를 시스템으로 구현하였다.
