The conclusion of South Korea-China FTA has been ratified by the National Assembly. Compared to the other FTAs concluded so far, this Korea-China FTA has low level of freedom in general. It considers that future relationship between two countries will change the situation of Korean economy. This agreement brings closer cooperation between the countries while taking impacts from the Chinese economy more strongly. Due to the influence of lowered growth of China, the South Korea’s export growth rate to China marked lower position than the overall export rates. China’s transition toward “new normal” is desirable for the country’s continuing growth but it also gives “China shock” to South Korea. This study aims to analyze the export insurance systems in South Korea and China, indicate the problems and suggest counterplans in order to encourage Korean enterprises aggressive advance to China on the basis of South Korea-China FTA. Based on the existing literature, the two countries’ export insurance system were compared and, the results led to offer expansion of policy funds, flexible insurance policy, local-centered confrontational strategy, preparations for various conflicts, product development, etc.

한중 FTA가 타결되어 국회 비준이 완료되었다. 지금까지 체결된 FTA와 비교해 보면, 한중 FTA의 자유화 수준은 총체적으로 낮은 수준으로 평가되고 있다. 향후 한중관계에 따라 한국경제의 상황이 변화될 것으로 판단된다. 한중관계가 긴밀화 하는 한편 한국경제는 중국경제의 영향을 강하게 받게 되었다. 중국의 성장 감속의 영향을 받아 최근 한국의 대중 수출 신장은 수출전체의 신장을 하회했다. 중국의 ‘신상태(新常態):뉴노멀(new normal)’로의 이행은 지속적 성장에 있어서 바람직한 반면 한국에 대해서는 ‘차이나 쇼크’로서의 영향을 끼치고 있다. 본 연구는 한중FTA 시행에 따라 한국 기업의 적극적인 중국진출을 도모하기 위해 한국과 중국의 수출보험제도에 대해 살펴보고 그 문제점을 도출하여 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구는 기존 문헌을 바탕으로 한국과 중국의 수출(신용)보험제도를 비교하였으며 이를 바탕으로 정책자금의 확대, 유연한 보험정책, 현지 중심의 대응전략, 다양한 분쟁에 대한 준비, 상품개발 등을 제시하였다.
