This paper has focused on the recognition of the diverse culture society between Korea and Uzbekistan in labor resources for service trade. This research has examined the connection of cross-cultural adaptation and the work outcome of Uzbekistan employees character within Seoul and capital area. According to the result of this study, Uzbekistan employees had a positive influence on their firm. Additionally, in a government level, each Uzbekistan workers’ characteristics differently influence which can help develop manage Uzbekistan workers by awareness. And Korean employees and managers are working with Uzbekistan workers this study will help overcome difficulties and problems in a government level.

국내 산업의 성장을 위해서는 생산비의 절감이 필요하며, 이를 위해 국내 유입된 외국인근로자의특성에 맞는 개별적인 맞춤식 관리와 활용방안 및 지속적인 정책적 지원방안 수립이 요구된다. 최근 중앙아시아를 중심으로 새로운 시장개척을 꾀하는 움직임이 있으며, 중앙아시아의 지리적중심에 우즈베키스탄이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 유입된 우즈베키스탄 근로자를 대상으로 이문화적응을 중심으로 한-우즈베키스탄 서비스교역 확대를 위한 방안을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구결과국내 유입된 우즈베키스탄 근로자는 개인적 역량이 탁월하며, 그들의 빠른 두뇌회전은 세밀한 작업에 적합하고, 이는 기업의 부가가치 창출에 도움이 된다. 따라서 한국의 경제성장을 위해서는 우즈베키스탄과의 인적무역 즉, 서비스무역의 적극적인 확대가 요구된다. 특히 이문화적응에 주안점을두고 이루어지는 정책적 지원은 국내 산업 활성화뿐만 아니라 중앙아시아 국가들에게 한국 경제에대한 인식을 새롭게 할 것으로 기대된다.
