The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of practical teaching competence of technology teacher on technology learning effect of middle school students. And the structural relationship was analyzed through the mediating effect of learning attitude. The population for the survey was the middle school students. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. Three hundred seventy out of 433 questionnaires were used for analysis after eliminating incomplete responses. A survey questionnaire was made up of practical teaching competence scale, learning attitude scale, technology learning effect scale, and personal characteristics items. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for data analysis. And the data was analyzed by using structural equation modeling to examine structural relationship. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, practical teaching competence of technology teacher had a positive impact on learning attitude of middle school students. Second, learning attitude of middle school students had a positive impact on technology learning effect of middle school students. Third, practical teaching competence of technology teacher had no direct effect on technology learning effect of middle school students. But the mediating effect of learning attitude of middle school students in the relationship between practical teaching competence of technology teacher and technology learning effect of students was found to be significant.

이 연구의 목적은 기술교사의 실천적 교수역량이 중학생들의 학습태도를 매개로 기술학습효과에 미치는 영향을 구명하는 데 있었다. 이 연구의 대상은 전국의 중학교 2학년 학생들이며, 조사 대상으로 학교 소재지를 고려하여 총 433명의 중학교 2학년 학생을 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 우편 조사를 통하여 이루어졌으며, 자료 수집 기간은 2015년 10월 8일부터 29일까지이었다. 최종분석에는 불성실 응답 자료를 제외한 370부(85.5%)를 활용하였다. 조사 도구는 실천적 교수역량 척도, 학습태도 척도, 기술학습효과 척도와 인구통계학적 특성을 묻는 문항들로 구성되어 있다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술통계 분석과 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 변인들간의 구조적 관계를 구명하기 위하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 기술교사의 실천적 교수역량은 학생들의 학습태도에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 학생들의 학습태도는 기술학습효과에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 기술교사의 실천적 교수역량은 학생들의 기술학습효과에 직접적으로 영향을 주지는 않으나 학습태도를 매개로 하여 기술학습효과에 간접적으로 정적인 영향을 주었다. 즉, 기술교사의 실천적 교수역량은 직접적으로 기술학습효과에 영향을 주지는 않으나 이것이 학습태도를 향상시키고, 결과적으로 기술학습효과에도 긍정적 영향을 주게 된다.
