This study is the Korean Society surveyed, exhaustive research on CSR activities and It is an object to provide information by presenting the result. In order to analyze research trends in corporate social responsibility activities, the registration journal since 2011 and listed on the candidate's corporate social responsibility activities related to research were published in the papers analyzed. Journal of Studies investigating trends, analysis of research has been done a lot. Kim, Sun - Hee, yigyewon (2013) is a corporate social responsibility research so far (CSR: Corporate Social Responsibility) a comprehensive review of national and international activities related to research and presented the problems and future research directions. also, Kim, Ji - Hye, giminhui, josangmi (2010) identify the major points and the flow of research on CSR activities by analyzing the research paper, 67 pieces for CSR activities since 2000, and had suggestions for future research. and Gimjinuk, changing Sun Young (2009) investigated the theory and international trends related to heart discussion on CSR activities. in this study, according to this research stream investigated the trends in research on CSR activities to be exhaustive Korea Society, were analyzed. A total of 330 documents was selected as a target. Subject to the amount of selected literature two years 2015, years 2014 98, years 2013 106, years 2012 64, 2011 were identified 60 pieces. When organized by topic into 58 economic responsibility, legal responsibility 21, 18 and ethical responsibilities, responsibilities were 231 dog charity. When charitable responsibility categories that can be seen as discretionary CSR activities in the classification of the study Compared to other economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, and large numbers it was counted. This can be explained, because the classification is not used not hayeotgi down. 본 연구는 우리나라의 학회지를 조사 대상으로 하고, CSR 활동에 관한 연구를 총망라하여 수집한 다음, 기술적인 동향을 다양한 관점에서 관찰, 비교하고, 그 결과를 제시함으로써 유용한 정보를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 기업의 사회적 책임 활동에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하기 위하여, 2011년도 이후 등재지 및 등재후보지에 기업의 사회적 책임 활동 관련 연구를 발표한 논문을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 학술지의 연구 동향을 조사, 분석한 연구는 많이 이루어지고 있다. 김선화, 이계원 (2013)은 지금까지 연구된 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR: Corporate Social Responsibility) 활동에 관련된 국내외의 연구들을 포괄적으로 검토하고 문제점 및 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 김지혜, 김인희, 조상미 (2010)은 2000년도 이후 CSR 활동에 대해 연구한 논문 67편을 분석함으로써 CSR 활동에 관한 연구의 주요 관점과 흐름을 파악하고, 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 했다. 김진욱, 변선영(2009)은 CSR 활동 에 대한 논의들을 중심으로 관련 이론과 국제적 동향을 고찰하였다. 이러한 연구 흐름에 따라 본 연구에서는 우리나라 학회지를 총망라하여 CSR 활동에 관한 연구의 동향을 조사, 분석하였다. 총 330개의 문헌이 대상으로 선정되었다. 대상으로 선정된 문헌의 양은 2015년 2개, 2014년 98개, 2013년 106개, 2012년 64개, 2011년 60개로 확인되었다. 주제별로 정리하면 경제적 책임은 58개, 법적 책임은 21개, 윤리적 책임은 18개, 자선적 책임은 231개로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분류에서 재량적 CSR 활동이라고 볼 수 있는 자선적 책임 범주는 다른 경제적 책임, 법적 책임, 윤리적 책임에 비교하여 볼 때, 많은 수로 집계되었다. 이는 사용한 분류 방식이 세분화되지 못하였기 때문이라고 설명될 수 있다. 특히 다국적기업의 CSR 활동에 관한 연구와 CSR 활동이 인사조직 관련 변수들에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 관한 연구가 눈길을 끌었다.
