To rethink the question of material, this article attempts to design sensitive in terms of communication, in the priority field of information and communication sciences, that is to say, a space scientist happily doomed to interdiscipline . The sensible is the combination of these three modalities, in the unity of their training and their manifestation.

본고는 “매혹에서 현현으로”라는 제목 하에 감각 연구에 대한 인식론적 방법론적 토대를 제시하고, 지난 25년 동안 디종 대학교의 감각 연구소에서 진행했던 연구들의 경향을 일목요연하게 그 요지를 정리하고 있다. 특히, 철학, 사회학, 인류학 등과의 학제적 공조 체제를 기초로 이루어진 협력 모델을 제시하고 있다. 사회적 차원과 감각적 차원 사이의 연관성에 초점을 준, 팀 연구원들의 방법론적 공유를 통하여 진행된 연구 성과의 의의를 압축적으로 제시하고 있다. 이 같은 정서적 용어들과 감각적 차원 사이의 근접성은 일차적인 의미론적 방향 설정을 이루고 특히 감각을 단지 정서와의 연접으로 환원시키지 않은 채, 의사소통에서 중요한 단서를 제공하고 있음을 주장한다. 특히 필자는 자신의 핵심 연구 분야인, 미각 기호학의 성과를 집약화 시키고 있다. 감각들과 감각 작용의 세계인 심미성은 형태의 세계이며 경험과 행동에 의해서 생산된 형성들의 세계인 미학과 더불어 구성된다. 하지만 본고는 맛과 미각적 감동에 언어적 형식들이 동반된 미각적 경험의 내부에서 새로운 미학적 세계를 탐구할 것을 피력한다.

Pour repenser la question du sensible, cette article tente de concevoir le sensible en termes de communication, dans le champ prioritaire des sciences de l’information et de la communication, c’est-à-dire un espace scientifique heureusement voué à l’interdiscipline. Nous donnons volontiers place, pour des raisons heuristiques, à la modélisation et la schématisation, peut-être par déformation sémiotique, prompte à poser dans le carré des relations, à penser par diagrammes ou axes, à passer par un jeu de positions ou d’oppositions. Conditions obligées pour à la fois structurer le sens et faire émerger des significations. Il est proposé de suivre la trajectoire du sensoriel au sensible puis au symbolique, selon un mouvement non linéaire et unidirectionnel, mais qui appelle retour, dynamique de processus, en entretennant de nombreuses connexions avec la philosophie, la sociologie, l’anthropologie, en référence à des sources bien souvent partagées, privilégiées. L’esthésie, monde des sens et sensations, compose dès lors avec l’esthétique, monde des formes et des formations produites par l’expérience et l’action. Les déterminations éthiques et esthétiques agissent sur la perception directe, en situation, avec sa charge d’ordre esthésique (sensations) et thymique (émotions correspondantes). Le sensible est à la conjonction des ces trois modalités, dans l’unité de leur formation et de leur manifestation.
