The purpose of this study demonstrated the relevance of between perception of service manner and professionalism and to enhance the competitiveness of medical management for customer satisfaction as the basis for development of services want to take advantage of the program was conducted. The subjects in this study were 216 the dental hygiene students of college located in Ulsan and Busan city. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 program. It was relevant to their attitude well mannered and job performance.(p<0.05) Therefore smooth manner to equip higher level of job performance that could be interpreted to be. Action for customer satisfaction, well-groomed appearance and bright expression levels and good behavior and cooperation with fellow worker are associated with the manner of professionalism shown significant. The higher the level of interpersonal manner in accordance with perceived to demonstrate professionalism can be seen in the result of that.

본 연구의 목적은 치위생과 학생들을 대상으로 서비스 매너에 관한 인식과 직업의식과 의 연관성을 파악하여 의료경영의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 고객 만족 서비스 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용하고자 연구되었다. 연구 대상자는 2013년 5월부터 6월까지 부산 · 울산 일부지역 대학의 치위생(학)과 학부 과정 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 205부를 연구분석에 사용하였으며 SPSS 18.0 프로 그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 매너수준에 따른 매너있는 태도와 직무수행은 관련성이 있으며(p<0.05) 이는 수준있는 매너를 갖출수록 원활한 직무수행을 할 수 있다고 해석할 수 있다. 학생들은 대인관계와 관련하여 책임감 있는 행동(M=4.12), 단정한 용모와 밝은 표정(M=3.94), 고객 성향에 맞춘 응대(M=3.82)순으로 일의 성과와 관련있는 직업의식을 나타내는 것이라고 인식하였다. 또한 고객만족을 위한 행동, 단정한 외모와 밝은 표정, 동료와의 협력과 화합을 잘 하는 행동은 매너수준과 연관된 직업의식이 있는 태도로 나타나 유의하였으며(p<0.05) 이는 매 너수준이 높을수록 대인관계에 따른 직업의식을 발휘하는 것으로 인식한다는 것을 알 수 있는 결과이다.
