The purpose of this study is to determine the level of engagement in Law-related Education. And To determine the engagement level of the educational characteristics. Three types to investigate the engagement(behavioral engagement, recognition engagement, emotional engagement) to examine and analyze the relationship. And through the analysis of previous research, teaching methods, education administrators, educational place for educational characteristics were derived factors. This study targets juvenile delinquents 1000 people participating in education and compliance training jury. The survey period in September in July 2015. The experience sampling method was used. The results of this study, juvenile delinquents involved in the education law was showing a low level of engagement. Second, the training engagement of juvenile appeared differently depending on background variables. Third, the juvenile showed a high level of engagement from Law-related Education model consisting of experience. Fourth, juvenile delinquents have a Law-related Education professionals showed a high level of commitment from law training to operate. Finally, the juvenile showed a high level of engagement from the Law-related Education that operates in the Moot Court Room. This was discussed on the basis of Law-related Education for juvenile delinquents.

본 연구의 목적은 법교육에서 비행청소년들이 경험하는 교육몰입수준과 교육특성에 따른 교육몰입수준을 확인하는 것이다. 비행청소년의 교육몰입 수준을 확인하기 위해 행동몰입, 인지몰입, 감정몰입의 3가지 유형의 수준을 조사하였다. 또한 선행연구 분석을 통해 교육방법, 교육운영자, 교육장소를 교육특성요인으로 도출하여, 이에 대한 몰입수준을 확인하였다. 이를 위해, 청소년꿈키움센터에 교육의뢰된 비행청소년들 중에서 준법교육 500명, 배심원교육 500명을 대상으로 2015년 7월부터 9월까지 경험표집법을 통해 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 법교육에 참여하는 비행청소년은 낮은 몰입수준을 보이고 있었다. 둘째, 비행청소년의 교육몰입은 배경변인에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 셋째, 비행청소년은 체험모형으로 구성된 법교육에서 높은 몰입수준을 보였다. 넷째, 비행청소년은 법교육전문가가 운영하는 법교육에서 높은 몰입수준을 보였다. 마지막으로 비행청소년은 모의법정실에서 운영하는 법교육에서 높은 몰입수준을 보였다. 이를 근거로 비행청소년을 위한 법교육에 대해 논의해 보았다.
