A Study on the Contribution of Each PM2.5 Source in Seoul using Receptor Models
초록
영어
This study examined the mass concentration of PM2.5 and its major components based on the data from a monitoring site located in Bulgwang-dong, Seoul by using Gravimetric method. Then, the study also estimated the contribution of each emission source by applying the result to receptor models. The average mass concentration from the spring of 2008 to the fall of 2010 was 35.9 μg/m3 and it was apportioned to ion (54.2%), carbon (24.0%), and metal (2.9%). The study used receptor models to find out major emission sources and calculate the contribution of each source. The results showed that an emission source involved in the secondary aerosol species such as sulfate and nitrate made the biggest contribution of 31.0%, followed by fuel combustion of 21.6%, biomass combustion of 18.4% and vehicular combustion of 13.8%.
