Through the study of the rhombic net on KING YUE Goujian's sword, this thesis has explained the rhombic net symbolized the celestial pole and kingship,and it implied that the king managed his country was mandated by the heaven. Moreover, this thesis has explored the quality of the design. The decoration on the case, it is generally considered it is a gluttonous grain, but in this paper, I found that it is not so much a gluttonous grain, but a symbiotic graphics of celestial pole god and A pair of dragons. Combined with bird patterns, the symbiotic graphics built a complex graphics. This paper argues that the design techniques mainly include: symbol, metaphor, symbiosis, imitation and flip, etc..

本文通过对越王句践剑剑身菱形网纹的研究,阐释了菱形网纹象征天极和王权,表达受天命管理国家的寓意,并探究了其设计的优质性。剑格上的纹饰，人们普遍认为是饕餮纹,但本文通过研究发现这种纹饰与其说是饕餮纹，不如说是天极神和双龙纹的共生图形,这种共生图形再配以鸟纹,构建成比较复杂的图形意念。本文认为越王句践剑图案设计的主要手法有:象征、隐喻、共生、仿影、翻转等。
