Measuring and characterization of eight kinds of rotational electro-magnetic waves are introduced. There are eight kinds of behavior essentials in Chamjungaekyung. Rotational electro-magnetic waves are potential energies and energy vectors. The eight behavior essentials in Chamjungaekyung is the same as eight kinds of rotational electro- magnetic waves(life energies) in physics and Chunbookyung in oriental physics.
