The Sterilization Effect According to the Toothbrush Management Method

Dental plaque is one of the main cause to occur dental caris and periodontal disease. Toothbrushing is one of the common methods to rid of dental plaque in daily life. The purpose of this study was to find out the best way of sterilizing effects of the toothbrush. The death rates of bacteria by the hexamedine 10sec and 30sec were 96% over higher than control group. Thus the antibacterial effects of tooth brush will correlated with the methods and time to preserve the tooth brush.
