Chinese character’s “Shu Tong Wen” is a movement throughout the course of the development of the Chinese nation. All kinds of classification and standardization of Chinese character In the past, can be summarized as “Shu Tong Wen”. According to the history of “Shu Tong Wen”, the governors in different periods in Chinese history understand that unified words can better maintain its own rule. So special and differential orthography treatments are continually raising in different periods，and so does civil society. On the one hand, the ideology of worshiping or respecting of Chinese characters grew stronger and stronger in “Shu Tong Wen” movements, on the other hand, the norms and unified of Chinese characters also promoted the integration of the Chinese nation, and contributed to the culture exchange and spread greatly. This article lists and explains the “Shu Tong Wen” movements in Chinese history in chronological order. Hope it will provide reference for Chinese character’s standardization and its international promotion.

한자 ‘서동문’은 중화민족 발전과정상 처음부터 끝까지 일관된 문자 활동이다. 고대 각종 한자의 정리와 규범 활동들은 모두 다 ‘서동문’으로 귀결된다. ‘서동문’의 역사를 통해 살펴보면 역대의 지배계층들은 자기 의 통치를 유지하기 위하여 문자를 통일시켰다. 그러므로 역대로 여러 가지의 문자정책을 세웠다. 또한 민간에서는 자주 여러 형태의 문자 교 정활동을 적극적으로 전개하였다. ‘서동문’ 운동 중에서 한편으로 문자 숭배사상과 문자존중사상이 점점 짙어졌고 또 다른 한편으로 문자의 규 범과 통일이 민족융합을 촉진할 뿐만 아니라 문화의 교류와 전파를 촉 진하였다. 본문은 중국역사 중에서 나타난 ‘서동문’운동을 시대별로 간 략하게 나열하고 분석하고자 하였다. 그리고 한자규범화와 한자의 국제 화에 작게나마 도움이 되기를 회망한다.

漢字“書同文”是貫穿於中華民族發展過程始終的文字活動，古代各種漢字的整理和規範活動，都可以歸結為“書同文”。從“書同文”的歷史來看，歷朝統治階層深諳文字的統一可以更好的維護其自身統治，故而歷代均出現了不同的文字政策，民間也不時積極開展各種正字活動。在“書同文”運動中，一方面，文字崇拜或敬重文字的思想意識越來越濃，另一方面，文字的規範和統一也促進了民族融合，大大促進了文化的交流與傳播。本文將中國歷史上出現的“書同文”簡要列出，幷加以淺析，以期爲當下的漢字規範和國際推廣提供些許裨益。
