Traditional Disposition Ethics of Confucian emphasize on moral consciousness of Self‐discipline, Knowledge and Action, Moral Practice, Cultivation of Mind Method. it makes an active role for people to find destination of the soul, provide the base of settling down, achieve internal self‐transcendence. But today, when we re examine the problem of moral choice in the process of harmonious society’s construction, Disposition Ethics of Confucian provide a new visiono on the research, and demonstrate the practical guide of study. Although moral choice of people is Influenced by much External factors, such as differents social relations and moral relationship. It can not fundamentally determine the moral choice of people. Because moral choice is an activity that subject makes a choice consciously, voluntary, and self‐dominationly. Determinants must be put into inherent aspects of human, which make our sight transfer from external constraints to subject itself The inner world of people. Internal basis of Moral origin of Disposition Ethics of Confucian is the Metaphysics support of the moral foundation. Mind and Disposition are two key categories of Disposition Ethics of Confucian, and which make an active influence on the moral practice in history. Currently, with the transformation of society, Consciousness of Materialize and Utilitarianism become increasingly more clear, effect of culture for Social Psychology and Standard cultivation become increasingly more weaken, inner world of people become empty and impetuous. We Can not help calling out that “How to save our souls”. While Disposition Ethics of Confucian makes a subtle effect for people to stick to Moral Conscience of oneself, make a correct moral choice accord to the necessity and Promot the development of harmonious society.

传统儒家心性伦理所强调的自觉自律的道德意识、知行合一的道德实践以及心性修养方法等,在历史上为人寻找心灵的归宿,提供安身立命之基,实现内在的自我超越起到了积极的作用。今天,当我们重新审视构建和谐社会过程中的道德选择问题时,儒家心性伦理为这方面的研究提供了新的视阈,彰显出了实践性的指导意义。人的道德选择受到诸多外部因素影响,如各种社会关系、道德关系等。但这并不能从根本上决定人的道德选择。因为,道德选择是主体自觉、自愿、自我支配的活动,决定因素必定落实在主体人的内在方面,这就使我们对道德选择问题的研究视线从道德选择的外部制约因素转移到主体自身上来,即人的内心世界。儒家心性学是道德本源的内在根据,是道德得以成立的形上学支撑。以“心”“性”为主要范畴的儒家心性伦理,在历史上对人的道德实践产生了积极的影响。当前,随着社会的转型,人的物质化、功利化意识凸显,文化对整个社会心理的规范教化作用弱化,人的内心世界变得空虚、浮躁,不禁发出“拿什么拯救我们的灵魂的呼唤”。而儒家心性伦理对于主体坚守自我的道德本心,做出符合必然性的道德选择,促进社会和谐发展,起着潜移默化的作用。
